1. Your newspaper's home delivery subscriber
file is matched up against a national 'opt-in' email database. Your information
remains confidential and your original subscriber file is returned along
with any matched 'opt in' email addresses. Emails for matched records are
available for immediate use in circulation email marketing programs.
2. The EMAIL APPEND program includes
sending one email to each email that is appended to your subscriber file.

The standard cost for each matched and deliverable 'opt-in' email is $0.75.
mass2one has obtained a rate of $0.60 (20% Savings) per matched and deliverable

AVERAGE MATCH RATES RANGE FROM 8% to 25%
The total number of subscriber opt-in emails appended to your
home delivery file will depend on the criteria you select for the match
process. An Exact Match is based on matching subscriber name and
physical address to the national opt-in email database. A Household
Match is based on matching your subscribers physical address
to the national opt-in database.

We will immediately put your database of subscriber emails to work using
our proven circulation sales and service programs. These programs can more
than pay back your initial Email Append investment, plus support ongoing
programs that will lower the cost to communicate with subscribers, improve

DATA DRIVEN, ONE-TO-ONE SUBSCRIBER EMAIL MARKETING
In addition to providing subscriber name and physical address, you will
need to provide a unique I.D. (subscriber I.D.) for each subscriber record.
This I.D. will be used to facilitate the matching and upload of subscriber
email addresses back to your circulation system.
We recommend that you also include key data fields for each subscriber
record that can be used to immediately implement one-to-one circulation
email marketing, sales, and service programs. These data fields will be
used for segmenting offers, email personalization, reporting, and analysis.
