March 23, 2001

Tim Gustin, Chief Operating Officer, mass2one, announced today that the company has established a beta software testing agreement with the International Newspaper Marketing Association (INMA). Under the terms of the agreement, INMA will use Email Campaign Manager software to develop and implement a number of marketing, research, and service applications for their membership.

"We are already using email marketing with members and non-members and believe mass2one's Email Campaign Manager software can help us further enhance our e-marketing capabilities", reports Earl Wilkinson, Executive Director of INMA. "We are especially interested in the research and data collection capabilities provided by the software to support our ongoing newspaper marketing benchmark research," added Wilkinson. Initial plans call for INMA to use Email Campaign Manager software to send targeted research to their members around the world.

"INMA was an early adopter of email marketing and is one of the most progressive non-profit associations in the world, "reports Gustin. "We are excited about working with INMA to enhance their permission-based email capabilities." Added Gustin

mass2one helps businesses and non-profit organizations integrate permission-based email into their marketing, sales, and service mix to lower costs, improve results and increase revenue. The company's first product, Email Campaign Manager software, combines a relational database with a proprietary email engine, campaign development tool and response manager that allows users to create and track multi-step email communications programs.
